Working at Chrislyn House
Every day, our team supports adults with learning disabilities to build life skills, confidence and independence. As a result, every shift is varied and rewarding. For this reason, our staff are trained to support residents with a range of needs, such as epilepsy, dementia and Down syndrome. In addition, you will work alongside a friendly team in a home just off the seafront. We also value kindness, patience and good communication, because these qualities help our residents feel safe and respected.
